Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gambrills

I'm not sure why this hotel only has two stars. I called a few weeks before my stay to get my room closer to my twin sister and the manager was very accommodating and made it so easy. Then on check in day she remembered me and was just as pleasant and nice in person as she was on the phone. The rooms where very clean and spacious and the beds even had bed bug covers. It's very rare that I go into a hotel room and feel comfortable as soon as I walk in, best sleep ever in a hotel. The location was great next to a mall and lots of food places. I have to say Channing is the best manager I ever met, it's no wonder why she is the manager and you can tell she loves her job. Would definitely stay here again.

Where Hospitality Shines Brighter Than the Lobby Lights! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Microtel Inn and Suites By Wyndham-Gambrills was excellent! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Elijah, whose big smile and welcoming attitude instantly made us feel at home. One of our rooms wasn’t ready, so he generously upgraded us so we could get in and start resting immediately. It was such a great perk and we appreciate not having to wait in the lobby! Then, when I noticed a strong cologne scent left behind from the previous guest that gave me a headache, Elijah acted quickly and upgraded us again! Double upgrade, baby! Not all heroes where capes! Later that night, we met Starr at the front desk, and let me tell you, her name fits her perfectly!!! She’s bright, cheerful, and absolutely full of life!! She gave us great food recommendations and sent us off laughing. I was genuinely excited to see her again the next night! Literally, it felt like my heart jumped up and down like a kangaroo! I ask myself, “Am I seeing stars?!?” Nope, just one and only dazzling Starr herself!! Her energy is contagious!! She has an amazing ability to adapt and connect with all kinds of guests and personalities!! This hotel really knows how to hire the right people for hospitality. We couldn’t stop talking about how friendly and helpful everyone was! On top of that, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and it was peaceful at night. The location is super convenient; close to plenty of stores and lots of places to eat! We enjoyed the Farmhouse. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was so friendly, the breakfast area was super clean, and the dining area was spotless too. The rooms were immaculate, the internet worked like a charm, and I had an all-around amazing experience. Plus, the location is perfect, right by some fantastic shopping spots!

Very nice hotel. Not fancy, more business feel to it, but clean with very comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Great location with numerous restaurants within walking distance. Staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. There are coin-operated washer and dryer on 2 floors. Continental breakfast (with waffle machine) is offered free to guest in the morning, and coffee always available. There is an exercise room and two computers available at the front desk. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely stay here again if in the area

I have been a guest at Microtel Inn several times and every time gets better. Staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate guests checking in. If you stay one time and decide to go back they remember you by name. Easy check in and check out. If you forget a toiletry check with the front desk, they have basic needs like toothpaste and toothbrush, hair combs and more. The rooms are well maintained and quiet, you can barely hear the traffic on the busy highway outside. They have a gym, outside fireplace and a small grill to cook a steak or whatever you like to grill, a lobby that has a small office like area for guests to use the computers or table space, a tv area with a comfy couch where you can watch your choice of shows, and a breakfast nook open for a few hours during the morning. Microtel Inn & Suited by Wyndham is like a home away from home. Thank you to everyone who makes the stay wonderful.

We made a last second decision to stay here and continue our journey in the morning. Weather and traffic were bad and we happened upon the hotel across the street from the gas station we had stopped at. The hotel is new, clean and pet friendly. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Breakfast is included, options are not extensive but more than adequate. I would stay here again.

Stayed overnight for my daughter dance team performance in the area. Since we live a little far from the area, thought to get a room for the night. The night front desk staff was great. He was attentive and nice (apologies I forgot his name). The room was nice and clean - 2 queen beds. Bathroom was nice & spacious (for my superstar to get ready in Lol). We had a nice view from our top floor room. The wifi was also great, no issues connecting & staying connected during our visit. The breakfast was just right. I had a waffle, coffee, yogurt, and banana. I really LOVE the late checkout (12pm). For a fee you can request later check out (up to 3pm) if available. Really will visit this location and other Microtels in the future.

The hotel is in the perfect location. Restaurants & shopping is in walking distance. You can take in a movie, go bowling & even go to an escape room. If you want to watch a game, then you can go to the sports bar that’s located across the street in the shopping center. There’s definitely something to do in this area.. I will be coming back.
